Sublimation Heat Tape

Sublimation Heat Tape is a must-have consumable for any sublimation printing setup. It holds your transfer paper firmly in place on the substrate during pressing, preventing even the slightest paper movement that causes ghosting — the blurred double-image that ruins an otherwise good print. Made from polyimide film with a silicone adhesive rated up to 260°C, it bonds on contact with light finger pressure, stays put through the entire press cycle, and peels off cleanly afterwards with zero residue on the substrate or the platen.

Each roll is 10mm wide and 33 metres long — enough for a large volume of production jobs. It tears cleanly by hand, dispenses smoothly without tangling, and works on both flat and curved surfaces without any surface prep needed. Minimum order is 5 rolls.

Compatible With:

• Sublimation mugs (wrap around top and bottom edges of transfer paper before mug press)
• Flat substrates: garments, mouse pads, tiles, metal sheets, ceramic plates, photo frames, puzzles, and aluminium inserts
• All flat and mug heat press machines
• Works at all standard sublimation press temperatures — no risk of melting, bubbling, or adhesive transfer
