DTF Powder

DTF Powder is a heat-activated adhesive powder that is a must-have consumable in every Direct to Film printing setup. It is applied over the wet DTF ink on the printed PET film before curing — when heated, it melts and creates a strong, flexible bond between the design and the fabric. The result is a soft, durable print that resists cracking, peeling, and washing over time. This is a 1 kg pack, suitable for both small setups and high-volume production.

It spreads evenly over printed designs, preserving fine details and clean edges, and can be applied by hand or using a powder-shaking machine. It works on cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, and most commonly used textiles — making it ideal for custom t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, bags, and promotional apparel businesses.
