The reverse side features a non-slip matte white-grey finish that provides a comfortable grip during assembly without marking tabletops or surfaces. Each puzzle arrives pre-assembled and held together until separated, making it easy to position on the heat press and handle during the printing process without pieces scattering.

To print, mirror-image your design, position the sublimation transfer paper face-down on the glossy surface, and secure it using Sublimation Heat Tape to prevent any paper movement during pressing. Press on a 15×15 Flat Heat Press Machine at 160–180°C for 50–80 seconds at medium pressure — always pre-press the puzzle face-down for 5–10 seconds first to remove any residual moisture. Peel the transfer paper away immediately while still warm for the crispest, cleanest result. If the puzzle appears slightly warped after pressing, place it on a flat cool surface with a weighted object on top while it cools to restore flatness.
