Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
If your returned item does not meet our return conditions, it may be sent back to you.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge (if any) will be deducted from your total refund.
In case you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — simply contact our support team before sending the item back.

Delivery Address
Please make sure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Motivate Box will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
