Sublimation Fabric Vinyl

Sublimation Fabric Vinyl is a special white-base heat transfer vinyl that lets you get full-colour, photo-quality sublimation prints on fabrics where sublimation normally doesn’t work well — like cotton and dark-coloured garments. You simply print your design on sublimation paper, press it onto the vinyl using a heat press, then cut and weed the design and press it onto the garment — giving bright, detailed prints even on cotton and dark T-shirts.

After pressing, the sublimation inks fuse permanently with the vinyl surface, creating bright prints that resist cracking, peeling, and fading even after multiple washes. It’s lightweight, soft, and simple to cut and weed, making it a great fit for custom apparel makers and small businesses wanting to offer detailed, full-colour designs on cotton and dark fabrics without limitations.
