The Mug Pad is a high-grade flexible silicone rubber heating element — the core part of your mug press that directly wraps around the mug and applies heat during sublimation. Over time this pad wears out, leading to patchy prints, uneven colour, white spots, or incomplete transfers. Instead of buying a whole new machine, simply replace the mug pad and your press is back to full performance in minutes.

The embedded precision heating wire spreads heat evenly across the entire mug surface with no cold spots, so every press delivers consistent, edge-to-edge results. Rated for continuous use up to 200°C, the silicone surface is naturally non-stick and easy to wipe clean between production runs.
