Lanyard Machine Double Bed

The Lanyard Machine Double Bed is a heavy-duty industrial sublimation press built specifically for businesses that produce printed lanyards and ribbons at high volumes — corporate gifting companies, event merchandise suppliers, schools, and promotional product manufacturers. Unlike standard heat presses where you press one lanyard at a time, this machine uses a continuous roll-to-roll system with dual heated platens that print both sides of the lanyard in a single uninterrupted pass, producing 35–50 metres of finished product per hour. Blank lanyard rolls and sublimation paper are loaded simultaneously, and spent paper is collected on a separate waste reel, keeping the workflow clean and uninterrupted throughout a production run.

Temperature is adjustable up to 230°C, pressure on each platen is independently adjustable, and fixed positioning shafts at the feed inlet keep every lanyard aligned precisely so designs never print off-centre.
