The machine is compatible with polyester, nylon, cotton, chemical fibre, and mixed-composition lanyards and ribbons in standard widths of 12mm, 20mm, and 25mm — the three most commercially used lanyard widths globally — with fixed-size ribbon positioning shafts at the feed inlet that align each lanyard precisely to its lane without manual adjustment, eliminating the misalignment errors that cause printed designs to sit off-centre on the finished lanyard. Multiple lanyards can be processed simultaneously across the full bed width, dramatically multiplying output per press cycle. The bottom-feed design allows sublimation paper rolls and lanyard rolls to be loaded from below the machine body, keeping the working area above the press clear and unobstructed for easy monitoring, adjustment, and collection of finished product during continuous runs.

Operationally, the workflow is straightforward. Sublimation paper printed with the desired lanyard design is loaded onto the paper unwind shaft, and blank lanyard rolls are loaded onto the lanyard feed shaft. Both materials feed simultaneously through the dual heated platens under precise pressure and temperature, with the ink transferring from the paper into the lanyard fibres as both materials pass through the press together. Spent transfer paper is collected on a separate waste rewind shaft at the exit, keeping the production area clean and organised throughout the run.
