Sublimation Glossy Metal Sheet (White, Golden, Silver)

The Sublimation Glossy Metal Sheet is a professional-grade aluminium sublimation blank that brings a premium, high-impact finish to any printed design. Constructed from a durable aluminium alloy base, each sheet is precision-coated on one side with a specialised polyethylene sublimation layer that has been engineered to bond permanently with dye-sublimation ink under heat and pressure. The result is a surface that accepts full-colour transfers with extraordinary clarity, depth, and longevity — producing prints that are waterproof, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant, and built to retain their brilliance for 15 to 20 years without fading, peeling, or deforming under normal conditions.

Available in three distinct glossy finishes — White, Golden, and Silver — each variant offers its own unique visual character. The White Glossy finish produces prints that are vivid, true-to-life, and rich in colour accuracy, rendering images exactly as they appear on screen with a clean, bright base. The Golden Glossy finish adds a warm, lustrous metallic tone to the lighter areas of any design, creating an opulent, upscale aesthetic ideal for awards, plaques, and commemorative pieces. The Silver Glossy finish produces a cool, reflective metallic effect where the lighter elements of the design take on a shimmering silver quality, giving artwork and photography a striking, gallery-worthy appearance. All three finishes feature a high-gloss, mirror-like surface that enhances colour vibrancy and adds depth and dimensionality that simply cannot be replicated on paper or fabric substrates.

Printing on the Sublimation Glossy Metal Sheet requires a flat heat press machine set to 180–204°C with a pressing time of 60–90 seconds at medium pressure (30–40 psi). Before pressing, clean the sheet surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove any dust, fingerprints, or residue that could interfere with ink transfer. Place your printed sublimation transfer paper face-down on the coated side of the sheet, secure it firmly using heat-resistant tape to prevent any movement during pressing, and place a sheet of protective paper or a Teflon sheet over the top before closing the press. Once the press cycle is complete, remove the sheet carefully and peel the transfer paper away while still warm for the sharpest, cleanest results. The final print will be permanently infused into the coating at a molecular level — completely waterproof, resistant to scratching, and immune to UV degradation.

These metal sheets are suited to an exceptionally broad range of applications. They are widely used for producing personalised photo prints, framed wall art, name plates, desk signs, directional signage, corporate awards, corporate branding and plaques, medals, keychains, fridge magnets, business card holders, gift items, and decorative home accessories. The rigid aluminium base makes them easy to cut, drill, and shape into custom forms, and the lightweight nature of the material means finished products are easy to hang, display, and ship without the fragility concerns associated with glass or ceramic alternatives.

Each sheet weighs just 75g and measures 4.8 × 3.5 × 3 cm in packaged form. The master carton ships 20 units with a total carton CBM of 0.001008 m³ and a volumetric weight of just 0.2016 kg — exceptionally freight-efficient and easy to store in bulk.
