Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly while also accounting for our operational constraints.
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them, provided they have not already been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order enters the processing stage or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This is because most of our products are made-to-order or packed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be issued using the same payment method. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still refuse delivery; however, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount once the return shipment reaches us.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases where the product is unavailable, payment verification fails, or for any other operational reasons. If this happens, you will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be initiated.
