Return Policy

At Motivatebox, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, we understand that damages can occur during transit. If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement, subject to the following condition:

• You must share an unboxing video of the product that clearly shows the condition of the package at the time of opening.
• The video must start before the package is opened and should show the entire unboxing process in one continuous shot.

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a replacement.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
In case of a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement only if the above condition is met.

Return Shipping Costs

• If a return or replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
